Constitutionforcongress.com’s replacement policy lasts 30 days.
As is standard practice in the publication industry, we do not offer returns or refunds for merchandise.
We offer only replacement if proof is provided that damage occurred during shipping or if the publication is defective.
If damage occurred during shipping, we require photos of the damaged box and the damages to the publication. Once we are provided with proof which we can use to apply to the United States Postal Service for our compensational purposes, another will be shipped to you, free of charge.
If our product is defective, we need photos of the defects. Once provided with proof of defect, we may require you to ship it back to us. Once we are satisfied that the merchandise is defective, another will be shipped to you, free of charge.
Please send photos, invoice number, date of purchase and your address to the Email address below.
Please do not send the damaged merchandise back to the us, or defective merchandise unless we request it (if so, shipping address will be provided within a return email). We will not provide for shipping costs for returns if you do.
Replacement:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email to [email protected]
