Important: If you purchased, or are about to purchase, a downloadable product from Constitution for Congress, whether it is a PDF file or a PDF with Audio file, these instructions are for you.

It is essential that you understand that you are purchasing a license to use a PDF, to use it on your own devices, it is not a purchase of a PDF for any other purpose.

If you are considering to purchase the audio file, be sure to click on the product and read the note on the right side of the image about the audio quality and device usage.

Be sure to understand that your purchase is of a single device digital license. A single device digital license permits use on only one device at a time.

Registering an account on our website is required during checkout for a downloadable product. Your purchase will then be available under “My Account” → “Orders”. Without an account, the software has no place to download your product to. You will have access to your purchase(s) for as long as constitutionforcongress remains in E-space.

Important: log on to your account using the device, or the browser, or the app, which you want your product to open on.

After purchasing a PDF or PDF Audio product, find your purchase under “My Account” → “Orders”. Click on “View” to view your purchase. There will be three choices of links to click on.

Choice number 1.

Click on the picture of your product. The product will open on the same device, or in the same browser, or on the same app which you are using to view your purchase. At this point you are using your single device license.

The open library button does pretty much the same thing.

The redeem code is if you have lost your information and we have been successful in helping you get your product back. You would then copy the code we send you and use it to reopen your product.

Choice number 2.

If you prefer to use the Flux Player App and you do not already have the Flux Player App on your device, install it.

Click on the “GET APP” button within the “Install the app” box. After the app installs, enter your login information. Your login information for loading your single device license onto the app is included within the “Install the app” box. The password may be one that you are already using (as in the one you used to log into our site) or it may be a computer generated one. Once the product downloads you are using your single device license.

Choice number 3.

You can download the Flux Player App onto another device to open it there. Click on the “SEE SUPPORTED DEVICES” and follow the directions there. Once the product downloads there, you are using your single device license.

Each license permits access on a limited number of devices; however, only one at a time. You may switch devices up to 10 times. When switching, you will be asked to deactivate the previous device, which removes access there. Sometimes a delay of hours may occur, with a notice of how many hours, before the file becomes available on the new device.

To switch to another device, simply login to your account on that device and follow the above instructions as you did to open it on the previous device.

Digital access is available only for the lifetime of Constitution for Congress and its associated website and digital-delivery service. If the website or digital service is discontinued, access to the digital file will end. Customers who wish a permanent physical copy in case the website is discontinued should purchase a printed copy instead, or purchase both. The service providing the actual downloads (presently flickrocket.com) may still allow access to your product in the unlikely event that constitutionforcongress does shut down.
